1. Who we are and what this covers

Hours ABA LLC runs hoursaba.com. We provide remote BCBA fieldwork supervision and a practice curriculum for student analysts. This policy explains what we collect through two parts of the site:

The contact form on our homepage ("Not ready to book? Tell us where you are").

Member accounts, when we open them, used to log in and access supervision and curriculum materials.

It also covers blog comments, online booking and payments on our site. It does not cover other websites we link to.

2. Information we collect

Contact form: First name, email, fieldwork hours logged so far (required). Last name, phone number (not required). Consent to receive text messages about your inquiry (not required to enroll).

Member account: Name and email, plus a password or sign-in with Google. Passwords are stored by our website host and are not visible to us (required). Graduate program, supervisor, fieldwork hours logs (required).

Blog comments: Your name as shown on your account and your comment, which other visitors can see (only if you comment).

Online booking: Name, email and the session time you choose (required to book).

Payments: Name and billing details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store them (required to pay).

Automatically: Essential cookies and basic visit statistics from our website host (Wix). We do not use other analytics or ad tracking.

We do not ask you for information about your clients through this website. Please do not send client names or other client health information through the form or your account.

3. How we use and protect it

How we use it. To reply to your inquiry, set up and run your member account, provide supervision and curriculum materials, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing emails only to people who opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Text messages. If you check the consent box, we may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to enroll. You will get up to 4 messages per inquiry.

Who we share it with. Our website host, Wix, which also runs our booking, payment and email tools. We do not use other outside services. The supervising BCBA assigned to you. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it. Contact form entries: 12 months if you don't enroll. Member account and supervision records: while your account is open, then 7 years after it closes.

Security. Your account is protected by your password and our host's safeguards. No website is completely secure.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, close your account, or withdraw text consent by emailing hoursaba@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Age. This site is for adults in graduate-level training. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date. Effective October 3, 2026.
